Federation has, in our case, proven to be both exciting and worthwhile. Overall, federation has served to strengthen our proactive approach to managing change, to making planned change happen and to respond strongly to unexpected situations. It has also caused us to re-examine and modernise our processes of governance and to see innovative practice as essential.

Our commitment is to produce the highest possible outcomes for our students whatever their individual abilities and ambitions. Our experience is that we achieve our goals better, and often more swiftly, where we work in partnership with others.
